Instead Of An Album Rollout, Lil Durk Blesses Fans With New Track “The Voice”.

Lil Durk has been putting on for his city of Chicago for a while, but as of late he been gaining more stream. Coming off of a blockbuster feature on Drake’s latest single “Laugh Now Cry Later“, Lil Durk has been inching toward superstar status. Yet an old beef was recently united with a former foe, the one and only Tekashi 69. Not one to be swayed by 69’s antics, Lil Durk has mostly steered clear beef yet decided to strike back with his music. Tekashi let off that he was dropping an album on Sept. 4th, so Durk took the petty route (which he deserved to dish out some pettiness) and decided to release music on the same day as 69. Fans were thinking that Durk had an album lined up, yet it turned out it was a new single. The new single “The Voice” finds the 27 year old dropping the quotable that he is the “Chicago Jay-Z” which is sure to turn heads. Check out Lil Durk’sThe Voice” below.
