The year was 1996 and Outkast had just released their sophomore album “ATLiens“. After releasing two singles (“Elevators” and “ATLiens“) that turned out to be bonafide hits, Outkast was hoping that their third would follow the same trend. The song titled “Jazzy Belle” was released and the rest is history. The duo actually released the remix of “Jazzy Belle” featuring Babyface as the single that proved to be a great move.
