Bia’s “Really Her” Is Not The Career Further Album I Was Hoping For.

Bia is back with her newest offering titled “Really Her“. Clocking in at a quick 9 tracks which would probably classify this project as an EP, finds the Massachusetts native spitting heat for a strong 20 minutes.

There is no denying that Bia is extremely talented. The Queen of rap, Nicki Minaj even gave her a cosgin by jumping on her viral hit “Whole Lotta Money (Remix). Even for this project, J. Cole blessed her with a verse on the cut” London“.

But Bia has a problem that she can not seem to overcome and that is her production. Say what you want, but let’s be honest and admit that Bia beats are usually trash. This issue kills her replay value as an artist. With this album, great producers showed up but dropped off throw-away production. There is no single worthy track on this album and that is unacceptable. With Swizz Beatz, Timbaland, and J.Cole behind the boards, there is no justification for the horrible beat selection. Even her latest single “Millons” is held back by the production.

I have been rooting for Bia since I first heard her on the Russ record “Best On Earth“, but she has not really caught flame since. Her career is still young and she still has time to become a household name, but she has to tighten up her ear for beats because her recent choices have all been ass. Let me know what do you think of Bia’s latest project “Really Her” in the comments.
