There is a hot new artist on the rise by the name of TyGee, and he is repping hard for the 912. I reached out to catch up with TyGee and in his own words…

….Well to start off, I started doing music around the age of 18. I use to watch my big brother rap all the time but I never found interest in it until I gave it a try. And from that moment, I knew I was destined for greatness. I come from a small town… called “Screven County”, not too many people live there but there is plenty of talent. But it’s just one of those places for you to chase your dreams!….
The 23 year old artist has cooked up some heat with his latest album “Golden Child.” The 14 track album is laced with some bangers and the one that stood out to me is the title track “Golden Child.” That joint features a New Edition sample (“Can You Stand The Rain“) and is pure vibe music. I promise that record will not disappoint you. Better yet, the entire album is full of replay value and is worth multiple spins. The features are kept to a minimum with T.Brown and PFM Lavish Lee lending their support.
