The Living Legend Nas Returns With “King’s Disease”, The Latest Album In His Storied Career.

Nas has been one of the most revered MC’s in the game since he first blessed the world with “Illmatic” back in 1994. Never been one to shy away from my admiration of Nasir, I was truly excited to learn that new Nas music was dropping. Critics came out of the woodworks to denounce “Nasir“, the collaborative project with Kanye when it dropped in 2018. Was it his best album?, No, yet was it was far from his worst. I actually enjoyed the album yet I was ready to see what he would cook up next. That is where “King’s Disease” comes into place. “King’s Disease” is the latest from Nasir Jones and it does not disappoint. The 13 track album is produced super producer Hit-boy.

Nas has been critizied late in his career for his beat selection, so apparently he decided to address the noise by linking up with producer Hit-boy and it paid off. Guest features for the album come courtesy of Charlie Wilson and Don Toliver. Yet the biggest surprise guest feature comes from the super group “The Firm” (AZ, Foxy Brown, & Cormega). With everything working out in Nas’s favor, fans are already labeling “King’s Disease” as a much better affair than his last project. Take a listen to “King’s Disease” by Nas below.
