As I am scrolling the mean streets of Facebook, I came across a rapper out of Staten Island by the name of James Rich. Rich was promoting his latest single titled “CREAM” and I noticed that the comment section was loaded with praise and 🔥 emojis. So I decided to give it a quick listen and I must admit I was caught off guard because the record was dope. Rich sampled “C.R.E.A.M” by Wu-Tang and actually did it justice. Since I consider the Wu as the greatest hip hop group ever, I was expecting to get pissed for James touching a Wu record, yet his spin on it is refreshing. The joint has a bounce, club type feel to it now, so it’s party ready. Check the track for yourself below…
