Sylvania,Ga continues to cultivate talent and the latest artist to put on for the city is 17Souf. Born and raised in south Georgia, 17Souf learned at an early age that life was not about how much you did not have, but more about what you were able to do with what you have. As a youth in southern Georgia, 17Souf learned that regardless of his circumstances, music could always allow him to mentally escape any situation and be anywhere in the world with his thoughts. Music was the one thing that he gravitated to which gave him the vision to dream big and understand that anything is possible. 17Souf first learned of his gift when he started writing music at the age of thirteen. However, it was not until 2009 that he was first given the opportunity to record some of the music that he wrote. That was the day that he knew music was something he wanted to pursue. Fast forward to June of 2020, 17Souf just released his second installment to his “Trailer Baby” mixtape series. “Trailer Baby 2” sits at 13 tracks and features other talented artists out of the area such as Polk and YPN.
