Currently the hip hop community is still reeling from the death of Young Dolph from just a few weeks ago, and now another rapper has become a victim of a senseless killing, Slim 400. Slim’s life was tragically taken Wednesday in his home state of California while seated in a car. The audacious attack was carried out in plain sight of a door cam, which captured Slim’s final moments.

In the video, you can see a guy walk up on the car that Slim 400 is sitting in and open fire. It was reported that officers patrolling the neighborhood heard the gunshots and responded. They found Slim laying on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and transported him to the local hospital where he later died.
Slim was well known on the west coast and gained national recognition for his track “Bruisin’ ” which featured YG who was a frequent collaborator. Slim was actually fresh off the release of his latest project “Ice Wata Army” which he released back in August.
Another young king gone entirely too soon. May peace with his family and hood.
